stained carpetnonexistent housekeeping
the room i got was not clean I found hairs ALL over the bathroom. the carpet HAD stains everywhere. housekeeping service was strangely nonexistent for three days so the room remained dirty.

the location was decent with easy access to transportation
the room was quite small i found it difficult to move around with my luggage the walls seemed thin i could hear conversations from adjacent rooms it made relaxing difficult and the lack of soundproofing was a real letdown at night i struggled to sleep

i found the staff very approachable, always ready to assist with a tender smile. breakfast included many choices and fresh options, i enjoyed it. the location near a tram stop, it was convenient for exploring every corner of the city. the cleanliness of my room and every space gave me a feeling of comfort.
I noticed a small stain on the carpet in the hallway. It was only slight.

The room was super clean! thanks to the diligent housekeeping. It was also quiet, promoting restful sleep. A variety of bike and scooter rentals were available right outside. The front desk staff was helpful when i asked questions.
The eggs at breakfast were VERY runny! but there were still plenty of other tasty options.
